River Frome January 2007 Near Freshford Mill

This photograph was taken on the 14th January.  I was lucky to get some sunlight, but didn't realise how attractive this picture would be, the water wasn't clear but muddy being full of silt that has been washed down from the hills.  Although this is a peaceful scene further down the river the power of the river in flood is more apparent.  Click for these photographs
